Though not an official recall, this is the primary reason why Apple Support has rated so high in recent years. Don't get me wrong. Apple is far from perfect, but I think they are closer than some other manufacturers.

RANTS: iPhone 3G USB Power Adapter Recall

Anyone else have a problem? Is Apple quality suffering because they are getting too big?
Make sure to get yours replaced. You can do it at an Apple Store starting Oct. 10 or online. For the online process, you can go here:

Being as paranoid as I am, I'll probably go the store to do it so I don't have to put my address in yet another form, even though I know I'll likely be standing in line on Oct. 10.
